Valley Estates is situated between Creedmoor, Lead Mine and Lynn Roads.
Many of the homes in this area were built between 1978 and 1984, and have large lots and styles ranging from traditional to contemporary.
Lead Mine Lake is at the heart of this neighborhood, a small lake that residents can enjoy fishing or canoeing. Nearby are exceptional trails on the Capital Area Greenway system.
