My experience with Northside Realty and agent Joann Samelko couldn't have been better. Joann was willing to sell my home at its true market value and work hard to do just that versus lowballing the selling price by 25% as other realtors with other firms wanted to do for a quick "I sold this house in 2 days" kudos at the expense of MY best interests. Those other agents' lack of fiduciary responsibility was shocking/appalling. Joann came out, listened, advised, coached, and developed a very comprehensive marketing plan that got my house sold. Through the selling process (with some difficult buyers) she was able to strategically make the right calls & moves that ultimately got my house sold. I would absolutely recommend her to sell your home and I will be using her again when I am ready to purchase my next home. Thank you Northside....Thank you Joann!

We had an AMAZING experience with Joann Samelko.
My husband and I bought our first home with Joann. We bought it while we were living in another city and had to do a lot of commuting and odd hours of work with her. She was nothing but accommodating. She was always extremely prepared with information for us, handouts printed, and a route for viewings mapped out and efficient. She was SO flexible and patient with us as we had lot of different wants/must haves. She was also very honest about things that she felt in house that would be a negative or positive. I never felt that she was pushing us to buy anything and she was always kind and available.
I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone because we are VERY grateful for Joann with Northside Realty! We will be calling her again if we ever sell our house in the future :)
